Fans Liaison Committee |
 |
The Fans Liaison
Committee was formed in 2002 to act as a conduit between the
club and its supporters. Once a month, Chairman Paul Duffen and
Fans Liaison Officer Danny Pratt meet with committee members,
supporters drawn from various backgrounds to reflect the
plurality of City's fanbase.
The members raise questions and points for the Chairman and FLO
to answer and consider. Since moving to the KC Stadium, many of
Hull City's policies regarding ticketing, merchandising,
catering and stewarding have been shaped by the FLC. |

Amber Nectar and the FLC
This site has two permanent seats on the UN Security
Council, no sorry, the FLC and each month committee
members Andy Dalton and Les Motherby attend the
meetings, asking questions on behalf of Amber Nectar
readers. The answers are posted in minute form on the
site a day or two after the meeting.
How do I get a question asked at the next FLC
meeting?
Meetings usually take place on the first Monday of each
month, a few days before a dedicated thread will be
created on the Tiger Nation Forums where registered
users can raise points for discussion.
If you'd rather ask a question without the whole Amber
Nectar community seeing it then you can email
Andy or
Les and we
shall endeavour to get you an answer and give you a
personal response.
What not to ask
FLC meetings are there to discuss specific supporter
issues such as ticketing, kit design, policing and the
like. It is not an opportunity to get us slag off
players you don't like or suggest what signings the
manager should make on your behalf.
If you have an axe to grind with the chairman or manager
then write to them about it, we will not ask questions
that are inappropriate or simply disrespectful, the
chairman attends these meetings out of a genuine desire
to remain in touch with supporter opinion and is not
obliged to be present. Plus, we don't want to look like
dilweeds.
Try to make your comments constructive, it's easy to say
something is rubbish but why is it? What could be done
to improve matters?
